What You Will Do: 

* Collect information necessary to make an offer on homes and close transactions

* Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential sellers

* Schedule appointments for us to meet with potential sellers

* Cold calling leads

* Skip tracing returned mail and finding owners of vacant property

* Creating ads on different marketing channels

* Gathering leads and entering data in spreadsheets

The Qualifications You Must Have for the Position: 

* 1-2 years of sales experience

*Strong rapport building sales and closing ability

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to show empathy and care to the seller

* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

* Drive to better yourself

* Drive to help others

* Reliable transportation

* Capability to remain calm under pressure

* Own a smart phone and able to use apps efficiently

* Own a GPS or able to use your smart phone

* General computer skills including Microsoft Office

* You must be a Facebook user

* Bilingual is a plus

* Real estate experience is a plus

*Previous door to door sales is a plus

* Previous phone calling experience is a plus

The position offers a base salary plus commission. Salary plus commission: $45,000.00 to $110,000.00 /year
